Floral Reasons Service & Guarantee

Ø Our Flowers all are Seasonal & Imported, even the Fillers too.
Ø Therefore it's worthwhile and yet valuable for the quality of the flowers which you would wants to send to your loves one.
Ø No worries if it's expensive, we also do Budget Floral Hand Posy, you may just tell me your budget and what kind of flowers you want and I will tell you how many to the flowers you get.
Ø Floral Reasons reserves the right to reject any order.

Ordering & Delivery Information

Ø Orders Quantities or Special flowers needs to be confirm at least 1 week in advance.
Ø All confirmed orders will receive an “Order Confirmation” acknowledgement indicating that the order will be send on time, as per requested.
Ø A Full Payment upon confirmation of the order.
Ø A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit applied to wedding event décor upon confirmation
Ø All prices reflected on the website include delivery & 7% GST.
Ø But for delivery to Island (Example: Sentosa) and some remote parts of the mainland Singapore (Example, Tuas) will impose extra delivery surcharge.
Ø Payment can be made via fund transfer via the nearest ATM/I Banking – POSB, DBS, UOB account.
Ø Account no. will be given together with the Order Confirmation mail, please indicate which bank account you want to made payment.
Ø Payment received will be issued a Receipt of the Full Details via corresponding mail add.

Changing of Particulars

Ø Recipient’s address must be correct and to ensure that someone is there to receive the gift. In case of re-send charge a touch up & delivery fee of not more than 50% of the original selling price.
Ø Any Changes of particulars (E.g. Recipient’s add, Messages, Etc.) must make within 24 hours before delivery.

Substitution

Ø Floral Reasons reserve the rights to substitute any flowers with another of the same color or near, depending of the flowers available and seasons.
Ø All prices are subject to change on festival seasons such as Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Etc.

Cancellation of Order

Ø Cancellation of order must be made 24 hours in advance before the delivery time. Failing which, a cancellation of the selling price is chargeable.

Ø Customer information is not sold or to shared with any other parties without prior consent of our customer.
